What if…every day would be the same, or maybe just “similar”. Would it be boring, would it be scary, would you go crazy? What would you miss? Or would you just make the best of it and enjoy? Can you just let go and enjoy? Find peace?

Will it become boring, when you do every given day simply the things you want? No outside oppressiveness, just your inner to do list. How fulfilling is that? What would you do, when you have a pretty house, two funny cats, a desirable marriage combined with stunning nature around you?

What if you after decades transform from a nightingale into a lark, when you suddenly love to go to bed early, because you like to wake up early to not miss any of the sunlight – and you love watching the day awaken slowly with you. The dawn makes the birdies sing joyfully and the smell of your fresh brewed coffee sharpens all your senses even more.

You can’t wait to make Yoga in the morning, a sun salutation don’t has to stand for just that one sequence, I’m saluting the day in hundred fun varieties – and feel the energy flowing faster and easier the more peaceful my life in general gets. And that breakfast! My favorite meal of the day. Can you imagine to look forward every evening to kinda same’ish mornings? Is that happiness or craziness?

What’s left is to fill your day with some achievements, is it housewifing, is it gardening, is it renovating and refurbishing, is it meeting people, is it hiking or swimming, is it learning, reading, sporting – if you go with the flow the days go by so fast…!!

Soon the sun will set, I love walking at that time along the ocean shore, watch the dusk take over with the help of the mighty sunset, coming with prettiest colors and clouds. At seven darkness falls across the land. And than, yeah, my last highlight of the day, almost before bedtime: a little dinner. Do you ever have déjà vu, Mrs. Lancaster? “I don’t think so, but I could check with the kitchen...”

Set peace of mind as your highest goal, and organize your life around it.
