Somehow I thought we were lazy… But after my youngest contemplation I figured out: We saw a lot nice places in Bristol and around Bristol! So obviously we every day visited a special place, started on the first day at the stunning Clifton Suspension Bridge and the little hill next to it, where a little observatory in a pretty tower is located. Such a cute little walk, what a nice start.
And of cause the english breakfast was mandatory, yummy as can be – the right way to start a surf- and sightseeing-day I guess. 😉 We by the way canceled the zoo-visit – unfortunately – because even we booked that “Corona-style-separation-ticket” we found a humongous group of visitors rolling along the narrow paths, not nice for us people nor the animals.
The pretty, historic Clevedon Pier lured us another day to the shore and made us see the interesting low tide and a nice part of the English coastline. And than parks, and hills, and sundowns, and pretty country-roads with fascinating stone-houses and masonries – in retrospective it was really, really nice. But: I liked Wales more, hehe, so next trip goes supposedly to Snowdonia again 🙂
