… and the fireworks are through! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🙂

Bubbly water for a happy new year! Did not drink barefoot but in flipflops

How could one year go by so fast – again! And not just a year, a hole decade came to an end. And all sudden we are in the “twenties”. I pretty much felt like dancing Charleston while sipping my Champagne to welcome 2020. 😉 Hmm, let’s drink one more, because possibly prohibition starts and takes away a lot of party-fun? History repeating? Hey, by the way: How fast can a century go by…?!!

Sunset at the Waimea pier – a very happy ending of a year 🙂

But don’t let us just talk about things, which came to an end. Let’s think about beginnings: Sunrises, new years, roses, that blossom in your garden…

A rose is a rose is a rose… What a welcoming sight on new years morning!

But what do I expect for the new year? Hey – nothing in particular! 😉 Expectations – first of all – can be unhealthy 😉 How often they lead to disappointments! So I stick to the idea: just go with the flow and let life happen 🙂 So I make my corner plans and fill the month long gaps during the year quite spontaneously. That is exciting and very surprising – and it is easy to make me happy. 🙂

You can’t control everything. Sometimes you just need to relax and have faith that things will work out.

Let go a little and just let life happen.
